I had seen Nurse Practitioner Emily Agar for years, and she has recently retired. I am in the process of also relocating to a different state as an RN. I still have a TN licesne and am on a lease in TN. This facility refuses to allow me to set up a tele appointment with a DR or NP so that I can refil my atypical antiphsycotic medication. This is dangerous. I am filing a complaint with the health facilities comission.

Truly the worst customer service experience I have ever had. On multiple occasions Tamara Carroll has neglected to respond to pharmacy and patient requests to have a medication refilled. The receptionist picks up the phone with attitude and will interrupt you. Def would not recommend esp for children.

None professionals at its finest.. Dr. Ager just quit, left. I got no notice whatsoever. Now I been trying to get in contact with this clinic and no answer for hours. I think I will find another doctor somewhere else. This clinic is a joke, don't know why they are even there!!! Can't get decent help or good dr.s anymore 😕 SMH SAD

It may be hard to get in due to it being booked but all the staff and Dr are generous and polite I love my primary Dr Shaof. Always listens to my concerns doesn’t dismiss me or how I feel. Also when it comes to labs Mrs Lynetta know what she doing I didn’t even feel the needle when she stuck me

I actually had a really great experience here. I saw Anne Marie Grey, Nurse Practitioner, and she was amazing. I loved that she didn't rush through my appointment and that she wasn't afraid to talk about diet and exercise. She even offered suggestions on health related books for me to read. Unfortunately, she is only covering for a doctor on maternity leave and will be gone at the end of July. I also had lab work done and the woman that did my lab work was incredible - no pain at all! She was kind and friendly and made having blood drawn, a pleasant experience.
